Seeds are wonderful. So are whole grains. This loaf celebrates both. If you’re a fan of the full-size seeded pan loaf, this is the younger/smaller cousin, though some currants and molasses take it down a slightly divergent path.
This is a hybrid leavened loaf containing a small amount of commercial yeast + my sourdough starter.
